How soon can we get started?
As soon as you want! Aside from mailing order forms for the in-person fundraiser, you can start right away. (If need be, you could print the order forms if you need to start right away) Submit a request here.
Can we do a combination of virtual and brochure sales?
Yes! Groups have found running both methods simultaneously to be very beneficial.
Do you have minimums?
We do not have any minimums in order to run a Driven Coffee fundraiser.
Does each participant receive a personal link for their virtual sales?
No, we create a link specific to each group. To track participant orders, supporters will select the participant they would like to support from a dropdown at check out if a group is tracking per participant.
Are there any costs to get started?
Nope! There are not any startup fees or minimum orders.
I'm not part of a tax exempt organization, can I still fundraise?
In Person Fundraiser: Yes! If you are not part of a tax exempt organization, you can still run a fundraiser, we will charge tax at your state/county rate.
Virtual Fundraiser: Each customer pays tax on applicable items.
Product FAQ
How many cups of coffee does a 12 oz. bag make?
33 cups of coffee. This can be more or less depending how strong someone likes their coffee (the amount of grounds/water ratio used). We recommend using 2 tablespoons for every 6 ounces of filtered water.

Are you a peanut free facility?
No, our products are made and processed in a facility that contains nuts and are not safe for people with nut allergies.
Do you have organic coffees?
We source the best beans from reliable, sustainable sources. We have coffees that are organic, but we are unable to label them as Certified Organic.
Shipping and Receiving
How long does it take to receive my product after submitting my order?
In-Person Fundraiser: Your order will ship within 2 weeks after a complete order is submitted.
Virtual Fundraiser: Orders are shipped within 3 business days to your supporters.
How will I receive my profit?
In-Person Fundraiser: After submitting your order, you will receive an invoice within two business days. Your group will keep the profit that you sold.
Virtual Fundraiser: At the end of your fundraiser, your Fundraising Specialist will email you a report of all sales and mail a check for 40% of what was sold.
How much is shipping?
In-Person Fundraiser: Free shipping on orders over 100 products*. Shipping rates will be based on how much it costs to ship through mail carriers.
*We do not provide free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Virtual Fundraiser: Customers pay a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping.
Are products shipped directly to customers or does the participant have to distribute them?
In-Person Fundraiser: Products are sorted per participant and delivered to one location.
Virtual Fundraiser: Products are shipped directly to the customer.
