Absolutely! On any coffee product page, simply select "Subscribe & Save", then select your desired delivery frequency from the dropdown menu.
Simply log in to your account and select "My Subscription", then select "View" next to your recurring order. Here you can cancel your subscription, change your address, change payment information, or change the delivery frequency.
To change your delivery frequency, select "Switch Subscription" and change the dropdown menu frequency to your desired delivery schedule.
Each subscription auto-repeats your first order at the selected delivery frequency. To change or modify your order, you will need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe to a new coffee order.
To cancel or modify your subscription simply log in to your account and select "My Subscription", then select "View" next to your recurring order, then select "Cancel".
You can cancel and reactivate your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the next renewal date, your subscription won’t be processed for the next billing cycle. Then you can simply reactivate and start it back up again when you're ready.

3) Select the "Cancel" button under actions
4) When you're ready to reactivate your subscription, simply log in again, navigate to "My Subscription" and select the "Reactivate" button
We recommend brewing 2 tablespoons per cup, so 16 tablespoons per 8 cups. This can be adjusted to taste, so if it is too strong use less coffee next time, too weak you can use more.

If you enjoy a dark roast check out our Italian Roast or French Roast Coffee. These are great coffees with full body and bold flavors.
If you like light roast coffees we recommend our Breakfast Blend. It's a very smooth cup with hints of floral, perfect for the first cup of the day.
Coffee strength is a direct correlation to the ratio of coffee and water used, not the roast. If you prefer a stronger coffee, keep the amount of water constant and increase the amount of coffee. For weaker coffees keep the amount of water constant and decrease the amount of coffee.
We recommend storing coffee in an airtight container in a cool dark place such as a cabinet. Moisture, oxygen, and light degrade the freshness of coffee.
No, coffee should be stored in an airtight container in a cool dark place such as a cabinet. If coffee is stored in the freezer it goes through temperature changes that can result in condensation and coffee degradation. In addition, the coffee can absorb flavors and odors from the food around it.
Coffee is freshest within 2-3 weeks of roasting, so for the best flavors we recommend consuming within that timeframe. After about 2 weeks you will begin to notice a decline in the nuances and flavors as the gasses are released.
Coffee is a perishable product so we are unable to accept returns. If there is a problem with your coffee contact us within 2 days of receiving your product and we will do what we can to make it right.
